By now you’ve completed the first five steps in creating your ringless voicemail campaign. If you’d like, you can revisit Part 1 and Part 2 to ensure you’ve checked off each step. Next, we’ll write a script, record your message, and complete the order form. Once you’ve finalized these last few steps, you’ll be ready to roll with your campaign!
Step 5: Write, Practice and Refine Your Personalized Script
Your message should be less than 60 seconds long. The most effective messages are between 35 and 45 seconds. By writing your voicemail script in advance, you can practice it aloud to improve your delivery and hear how your message sounds. You may want to ask a friend or colleague to listen and provide feedback.
Make sure to include any relevant information, such as a coupon, or reason for the recipient to take the next step. It’s okay if your voicemail message does not sound like a polished commercial or professional voice-over. The point of ringless voicemail marketing is that your recipient feels as they are hearing directly from you. Make sure they can understand your name and the company from which you are calling. Repeat any phone numbers or URLs twice. Make sure to smile as you practice your script because that smile will carry over into your voicemail message when you record it. If your script is too long, keep refining it until you get it down to the key points.

At the time that you purchase ringless voicemail credits, you will receive a PayPal transaction ID or order number. You will need this ID so that our team can properly link your account to your order. This is especially important if you buy in bulk and wish to deploy your credits in multiple unique campaigns over time. Prior to submitting your order details form, please review what is required. For example, we typically only deliver ringless voicemail messages during regular business hours. If you would like to deliver messages on Saturday or Sunday for example, you will need to alert our team in the special instructions area.
